Pre approval is only required for the customized incentives. Applications and additional documents due by June 30, 2021 and projects must be completed by September 30, 2021.

Program expires June 30, 2021 or while funding lasts. New construction and custom programs available. For new construction projects, contact Hawaii Energy. Funding is limited so pre-approval is recommended, but not required, for standard program.
